She decided to start with paper bags that we sold locally and helped curtail the use of plastic bags. Expanding further the company moved into making banana fibre products. Later she ventured into trading of Arecanut leaf tableware and is currently one of the leading suppliers in the region. With Shivimogga district being the base for Arecanut produce, the region is a hub for these kind of products.
Currently the company is mainly into manufacture and supply of Arecanut Leaf Disposable plates catering to markets all over India. The company is known for its quality products and commitment to timely delivery and payments.

He has built expertise in working independently and undertake any type of fabrication, erection of machines for glazing and M.F. paper M.C. and pulp mills.

Apart from his full time job as a researcher, he has been an avid travel photo-journalist, covering the art & cultural aspects across India. Further, he actively involves himself in various voluntary organizations working on energy efficiency, organic farming and environmental issues.

is the young team member of Indigenous Innovations who has good experience in the arecanut products segment. Based in Shivamogga, he has built expertise in arecanut leaf processing, plate making, quality assurance and export packaging activities. Further, he is well connected with various farmer groups and product suppliers across the Malnad region in Karnataka.
is the leader of our women’s self-help group who manages the paper bag production. She is well experienced in all aspects of bag making, including paper cutting, folding, gumming and printing. She is well connected with women’s groups in the city.
is the production head for our paperbag division. She has more than 30 years of experience in education and school management. After retiring from active service, she joined us as our team manager to handle daily activities and production of paper bags.
